Hiring Foreign Trained Workers
Thursday, June 13, 2019
4:30PM – 5:30PM
Venture Norfolk Boardroom – 4077 Highway 3 East Simcoe
Norfolk County businesses (like most other communities) are experiencing a chronic labour shortage. Numerous approaches have been taken to address the shortage but it persists. Both the provincial and federal governments have realized the extent to which this worker shortage is affecting productivity and have implemented policies to simplify and speed up the process of hiring foreign workers.
This workshop will outline the process of hiring an internationally trained skilled worker from overseas. Are you looking for welders, A-Z truck drivers, engineers, agronomists etc. Could this option of hiring a worker from overseas help solve your labour issues.
Come and hear directly from the ministry personnel themselves how you can go about increasing your workforce through immigration.
