The owners of Long Point Eco-Adventures have applied to amend the Norfolk County Zoning By-law to permit expansion of the existing natural resource-based tourism facility. The expansion would include 30 additional camping sites; an Eco Education Pavilion with reception area, restaurant and outdoor patio; and an office/storage trailer. The application would amend the existing site-specific special provision on the subject lands. The application will go before Norfolk County Council this fall.
