The Norfolk County Economic Development Symposium (#NCSym17) will be held on January 18, 2017, at the Port Dover Community Centre. This year’s theme is “Young & Restless”.
Our popular Symposium is the place where Norfolk County business and community leaders network, learn and celebrate success. The Entrepreneur of the Year and the Travel Writer of the Year are announced, too. Lunch, excellent speakers, great panelists and networking opportunities are all part of the experience.
The day starts at 7:30am with the “Mimosa Morning Mingle” – a fun way to meet others in the business community. This part of the program is sponsored by Fanshawe College Community Career & Employment Services.
Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and the program gets underway at 9:00 a.m.
This year’s Symposium Keynote Speaker is Blake Fly, who seeds action of appreciation, recognition and thoughtfulness into the daily experiences of his audiences.
Lunch is included in registration, prepared by chefs of Norfolk County.
Both the morning and afternoon programs will inspire and motivate you to take action, whether you are a young entrepreneur – or a restless one!
Cost is $50 plus HST per person.
