- Extractive Industrial (MX) – approximately 3.45 acres, 211 Fourteenth Street West, Simcoe
- Service Commercial (CS-H) – approximately .2 acre (7,765 square feet), 297 James Street, Delhi
- Commercial Hamlet Zoning (CHA) – approximately 1/2 acre property, 745 6th Concession Road, Clear Creek.
