This month, Norfolk County Council approved a 60-unit townhouse subdivision development in Simcoe. The Westwood Trail project, developed by Mike McArthur and David Pond, is expected to begin construction in May. The building contractor is Gentrac Homes. Townhouses will range in size from 1,000- to 1,500-square-feet, priced in the range of $250,000.
