Construction activity in Norfolk County got off to a strong start this spring, with a 6.5% increased in building permit values in April 2014, compared to the same month last year.
In total, more than $11 million in building permits were issued by the Norfolk County Building Division in the first quarter of 2014.
The building permit issued for Klassic Coconut‘s plant totalled $2.3 million. The business is renovating a building in Simcoe’s East Lynn Industrial Park.
