In total, more than $11 million in building permits were issued by the Norfolk County Building Division in the first quarter of 2014.

The building permit issued for Klassic Coconut‘s plant totalled $2.3 million. The business is renovating a  building in Simcoe’s East Lynn Industrial Park.
