SmartCentres, owner of the Walmart in Simcoe, are expanding the retail offering on the Queensway East property.
A children’s clothing store, Carter’s / OshKosh, a pet store, Pet Valu, and a restaurant, KFC, are under construction in the northeast corner of the property.
Construction is estimated at more than $900,000.
