Site plans have been approved for development at the former Board of Education office building, located at West Street and Hillcrest Road, just outside of Simcoe. According to Norfolk County Planning, construction is expected to begin later this year.
The site was rezoned in May 2016. At the time, 2438415 Ontario Limited and Boompay Inc. received approval to permit the following additional uses on the 3.2-acre property at 173 Hillcrest Road: all office uses, private utility yard, design and production studio and indoor storage and warehousing.
