Norfolk County Community Planning reports that the Sihler Woods condominium development is sold out. The development located at the corner of Argyle Street and Lynndale Road in Simcoe is a 22-unit condominium development approved by Norfolk County Council in 2014. Developer David Van Elslander of Sihler Woods Development with Annette Helmig, Norfolk County Community Planning Agreement Co-ordinator in Simcoe, reviewed the condominium agreement together at site inspection.
