New retail development projects in Port Dover and Simcoe are currently undergoing site plan approval.
In Port Dover, Narchitecture Inc. has submitted an application to redevelop an existing commercial property with a Tim Hortons Express, a convenience store, a retail store, and a restaurant. A four pump gas bar will be constructed as well.
In Simcoe, a commercial/retail building of 650 square metres (7,007 square feet) is proposed for the Whitehorse Plaza in Simcoe.
