On October 13, Norfolk County Community Planning staff are hosting a Public Open House to present items of amendments to the Norfolk County Zoning By-Law 1-Z-2014. The proposed amendments are:
- Modification of dwelling height
- Parking provisions (visitor parking for multi-unit dwellings
- Minimum service requirements
- Sight Triangle provisions (to be consistent with the Fence By-Law)
- Addition / amendment of definitions, including farm; pier, dock and wharf; and building height
- Definitions and zone provisions regarding location and placement of shipping containers
- Provisions to regulate the zones and locations where adult entertainment facilities are to be permitted
The Open House will be a drop-in session, with staff present to discuss any questions or concerns.
