Norfolk County Council has approved proposed amendments to the Official Plan document for review by the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs. A “track changes” version of the proposed Plan will move forward to the Province for a 90-day review period.
Once comments from the Province are received by Council, further changes may be considered. After that Council will hold an open house and final public meeting before final Council approval of an amending By-Law sometime late this fall.
The documents can be found at www.norfolkcounty.ca/opr under Draft Amendments to the Official Plan.
