Norfolk County’s Community Planning Division hosts pre-consultation or “pre-con” meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday afternoon of each month. These meetings are an opportunity for anyone considering a development proposal in Norfolk County to receive feedback and learn all of the requirements before submitting their application.
Frank Voth, pictured below (centre) with Jim McFarlane of M.C. Engineering (left) and Doug Lyons from Norfolk County Public Works (right) recently attended a meeting to discuss future plans for his business.
The photo was shared with permission: pre-consultation meetings are confidential and your development plans will not be shared. Frank found the pre-consultation meeting process very helpful.
