Norfolk County planners and building inspectors are now officially using the new consolidated Zoning By-Law document, with the blessing of the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) after a small number of appeals slowed the approval process. The document replaces four former zoning by-laws. A small number of site-specific issues remain under appeal, but the remainder of the document is official.
