Pam Duesling is the new General Manager of Development and Cultural Services at Norfolk County. Pam has been employed at the County for more than eight years, and was born and raised in Norfolk County. Pam has advanced credentials in both planning and economic development and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Rural Planning at the University of Guelph, on a part-time basis. She has been instrumental in most major planning files during the past eight years. Pam replaces Chris Baird, who moved to the position of General Manager, Public Works, earlier this year.
