Norfolk County Council recently approved the rezoning of the Sihler land for a nine-dwelling subdivision and a 22-unit condominium development along Lynndale Road and Argyle Street in the east side of Simcoe. The project is subject to the typical OMB appeal period. The land is owned by S E & N Holdings of Simcoe.
