A Toronto law firm specializing in injury litigation is opening an office on Norfolk Street South in an abandoned jewelry store. Mike Smitiuch, who grew up in Waterford and went on to make a name for himself as a leading injury lawyer, will open the doors on his latest satellite office March 1. The office will have two full-time staff – paralegal Donna Wardell and medical consultant Dan Wilhelmus, both area residents – who will be at 16 Norfolk Street South to meet with current and new customers, Smitiuch said in a telephone interview.
