Norfolk County’s Building Division reports many construction projects underway this spring, among them three larger developments of note:
- $1.4 million renovation of Food Basics in the Simcoe Town Centre mall
- $657,000 expansion of Toyotetsu auto parts plant in northwest Simcoe
- $1.8 million Procyk Farms building project near Wilsonville
Total construction values and volumes set records last year, as development continues at a strong pace in Norfolk County.
