SIMCOE, Ont. — The Gulf Group of Companies of Toronto is proposing to build a six-storey apartment building at the corner of Water Street and Culver Street in downtown Simcoe, Norfolk County.
Norfolk County Development & Cultural Services staff have received the application to amend the Norfolk County Zoning By-law to amend the zone provisions of the CBD (Central Business District Zone) to provide relief of provision 6.1.4 and 6.1.5 for the construction of a six-storey apartment building with some commercial use on the ground floor.
