Norfolk County’s Planning Department has received a zoning by-law amendment application for a four-storey apartment building at 150 Chapel Street, Simcoe. This is being developed by the owner of an adjacent townhouse development. The amendment is expected to be reviewed by Norfolk County Council this year, and a site plan application will be part of this development as well.
