The Final Draft of the Norfolk County Consolidated Zoning By-Law will go before Norfolk County Council on June 24, 2014, for approval. The full document and schedules are available for review on the Norfolk County website.
In 2010, the process of consolidating four former by-laws into one Norfolk County by-law began. Public consultations on the third draft wrapped up this spring with input from the South Coast Business Coalition, which includes the local chambers of commerce.
