Prominent Homes has received site plan approval for the construction of a 26-unit condominium development in Waterford. Called Eden Hills, the condo is located at the corner of Yu Boulevard and Lam Boulevard. According to Norfolk County Community Planning, Prominent Homes has filed their building permits and are starting construction in the very near future.
