The next phase of the Dover Coast draft plan of subdivision was the subject of a report to Norfolk County Council in August 2017.
The subdivision will consist of commercial, and medium density residential development.
Dover Coast adult lifestyle community encompasses more than 500 acres along the shore of Lake Erie. A hotel is also planned for the development.
