The former Delhi Research Station was recently sold by the federal government to the Kloepfer family of Norfolk County. The 150-acre site includes eight buildings, several greenhouses, fully equipped labs, natural gas, hydro and irrigation. The Kloepfer family owns Titan Trailers, manufacturer of aluminum transport trailers.
Recently, the new owners of the Delhi Research Station met with members of Team Norfolk to discuss potential future uses of this important agricultural asset in Norfolk County. The group reviewed a report outlining a business model analysis for the property.
Mike and his wife Sandy were named Norfolk County Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2008.
