Norfolk County’s Building Department reports steady construction activity in the first quarter of 2019, with $16.3 million in permit values underway. This amount is similar to activity reported in the first three months of last year.
44 dwelling units were created in the first quarter of 2019, an increase of 35% compared to the same period last year, reported Devon Staley, Deputy Chief Building Official for Norfolk County.
