It was a cold winter, but building permit values in Norfolk County almost reached $11 million in the first three months of 2015. Leading the way was $8 million in single-family dwelling starts and additions and $1.5 million in multi-residential projects. The agriculture sector built $645,000 in additions and alterations. Commercial property owners built over $562,000 in alterations.There were also other small construction projects, including institutional alterations.
