At the Delhi District Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on May 28, 2014, Norfolk County staff presented “7 reasons to have confidence in Delhi”.
The highlight of the presentation was the outline of construction activities in the former Township of Delhi from 2008 to 2013, provided by the Building Division of Norfolk County.
The data shows that $88 million in building permit values were recorded during the last six years.
“The development community has confidence in Delhi, having invested about $88 million over the past few years,” said Clark Hoskin, Manager of Tourism & Economic Development for Norfolk County.
