Community Planning has received a minor variance application for a two-unit commercial building with four residential apartments on the second storey. The property is located at the corner of Evergreen Hill Road and Queen Street in Simcoe. A takeout restaurant and a convenience store are planned for the lower level. A site plan application will be coming forward shortly.
