Carrillo Carpets of Brantford is opening a new retail location in Simcoe, bringing approximately six new jobs to Norfolk County. The company recently received approval from Norfolk County Council to change the zoning on the former Moose Lodge property to allow the development. Norfolk County’s Community Planning staff recommended approval of the zoning amendment, which was passed by Norfolk County Council in April. Carrillo Carpets was founded in 1986 as a proprietorship by Carlos & Yvonne Carrillo. The company continues to be family owned and operated, with its team of father, mother, son and daughter.
